What do you mean by “conscious relating”?
It’s treating relationship as an ongoing practice: telling the truth, taking ownership, regulating under pressure, and choosing one another on purpose. We build skills that make both connection and individuality stronger.

Yes. We co-create living agreements (overt and covert expectations, honest communication, defining the 3rd of the relationship etc. ) and simple rituals (daily/weekly check-ins) so change compounds between sessions.
How quickly will we see results?
Many couples feel more connection and relief within 1–2 sessions; durable shifts typically build over 6–12 sessions with practice between meetings.
