What exactly is Orgasmic Meditation (OM)?
A 15-minute, partnered attention practice blending mindfulness and sexual energy. It’s a step-by-step protocol designed to cultivate sensation, presence, empathy and honest communication.
Is OM sex, therapy, or a clinical procedure?
It’s none of those. OM is a wellness/attention practice with a defined protocol and philosophy. It is not foreplay, not performance, and not a medical or therapeutic procedure. The goal is feeling and awareness, not “outcomes.” 
How is safety handled - consent, boundaries, and communication?
We use explicit consent, clear roles, and shared language (“stop/slow/more”), with check-ins and time-outs as standard. You’ll learn boundaries that protect connection and after-care to integrate the experience.
Do I need a partner, and do you teach online or in person?
You can learn OM solo or as a couple. We typically teach the core protocol over three online sessions, and many clients combine OM with coaching for integration. 
Is there nudity - what are the roles in the practice?
There's no nudity involved during coaching/ training sessions. The practice itself involves nudity where the strokee undresses from the waist down and lies in a prepared “nest”; the stroker remains clothed and uses a specific, light stroke for 15 minutes. The protocol is consent-based, timed, and non-goal-oriented. 
How long are sessions and how often do we meet?
Standard sessions are 60 minutes, weekly or fortnightly. We’ll agree a cadence that fits your goals and season of life in the intro call.
