What is Men's Coaching at Nibana?

Men’s Coaching at Nibana is a practical path to lead your life from the inside out. We work with identity, nervous-system regulation, boundaries and honest self-inquiry - so your strength includes clarity, warmth and presence.

Instead of pushing harder or numbing out, we surface the beliefs and patterns that keep you looping. You’ll learn to translate sensation into signal, pressure into choice, and conflict into clean conversation—at work, in love and in your own head.

The result: a way of being that holds both the “do” and the “feel”—decisive action and depth of connection. This is leadership in the boardroom, the bedroom and at home.

What you’ll get

Calmer baseline and fewer reactive spirals.
Clear decisions under pressure; less overthinking.
Emotions will make as much sense to you as logic.
Stronger boundaries and self-respect you can feel.
Gain mastery over your sexuality.
Practical ritual you’ll keep (10–15 min/day).
Visible momentum within 4–6 weeks.
A definition of masculinity that actually fits you.

Is this for you?

  • You’re high-functioning but feel tense, flat or reactive - and success hasn’t solved the restlessness.
  • You default to overachieve/avoid/numb and want grounded strength with emotional clarity.
  • You want cleaner boundaries (less people-pleasing), clearer decisions, and more respect.
  • You want to become the best version of yourself instead of trying to be someone else.
  • You want to learn how to fight for the relationships you crave rather than deeming yourself incapable and giving up
  • You’re ready to tell the truth, be coached, and take responsibility for change.
  • Not for you if you want a vent-only space, aren’t willing to practise between sessions, or are seeking treatment for acute mental-health crises (I’ll point you to specialised support).

The Process

  1. Connection call (20 min) — understand where you are and what you want.
  2. Deep-dive (60–90 min) — surface patterns, define outcomes, map first moves.
  3. Coaching container — bespoke cadence; practices to create durable change.
  4. Integration — track shifts; adjust as you evolve.

The Performance to Presence Method™

What we work with

  • Identity work - clarify who you are beneath roles and expectations. We do this by looking at things like Boundaries, Victim Consciousness, Core Beliefs, Shadow Work, Archetype & Inner Child work, and understanding Cultural Conditioning
  • Inner Skills - We generally learn skills that help us navigate the external world and be successful. However, we pay little attention or importance to our internal landscape. These skills can include cultivating attention, mindfulness, energy accounting, feminine-masculine dynamics, eros, principles of deep connection, embodiment, understanding desire cycle, orgasmic meditation (OM), reactivity vs responsiveness, and more…
  • Practices - At Nibana, we believe that in order to transform your life, sustainable change has to be rooted firmly in the discipline of practices or rituals.
  • Life as Play - Our coaching model introduces a set of principles for a life based on living life as an Infinite Game, i.e., creating a life where play and mystery are the core.

How change becomes durable

We pair insight with embodied practices—simple daily reps that re-train attention, emotion, and energy. Over weeks, these compound into a steadier nervous system, cleaner choices, and visible results at work and in relationships.

Our vibe

Straight, respectful conversations. No fluff. We go at the pace of truth—and we make room for play and mystery along the way.

What our clients say

What does one do after the big goal is achieved? What does one do when money, fame, or even impact/contribution no longer cut it out for you? I turned to Kapil for coaching.

Through a dozen sessions, I got to understand myself and the world out there more. His sessions gave me relief from the immediate, resolved what was in my head and heart, and more importantly, gave me tools and perspectives to go deeper and go beyond the immediate resolutions.

The sessions have made me unfuckwithable, and have given me a mature worldview on relationships.

I gained deep, lasting clarity on my business and the purpose it can serve for me and the world.

Also, I might not have had the wonderful, magical relationship with my “current fiance and soon-to-be wife” had Kapil not entered my life!

I’ve had the honour of working with Kapil for the last few months and each and every session has always left me with an “aha” moment. His insightfulness, guidance and compassion has truly been a blessing.

I never thought that I would need a “coach” when Kapil was recommended to me yet now I have a better understanding of my fears, more clarity around my desires, and certainty about the life that I want to live. For that, I’m truly grateful. I would highly recommend Kapil

I reached out to Kapil as I was looking for some help with my career change. After one call, we got to the centre of my fear and my motivation behind leaving my job. But even more powerfully, Kapil helped me put into motion the bold action needed to make the leap. I left my job a few months later and haven’t looked back!

Kapil gave me the tools and frameworks that helped me recognise my self-limiting beliefs and patterns. His advice and encouragement has been invaluable in my personal growth.

Frequently asked questions

What does Men’s Coaching focus on beyond generic life coaching?
We work at the level of identity, patterns and the nervous system—so you can lead yourself under pressure, hold boundaries with warmth, and turn conflict into clean repair in real life.
Do I have to be “emotional” to benefit from this work?
No. We build capacity, language and simple body-based tools so emotion becomes signal, not drama—useful data that improves decisions, relationships and performance.
How does masculine–feminine integration show up in sessions?
We treat them as energies/skills/traits: direction, depth, assertion, receptivity. You’ll practise when to drive, when to listen, and how to blend both in conversations, decisions and intimacy.

We see it as a scale and we want to be able to master all the traits so that we can utilise whichever trait is needed in a particular situation
Is this suitable if I’m navigating dating, fatherhood or leadership?
Yes. We tailor tools and experiments for your context—dating clarity, fatherhood presence, career/leadership edges—so you see results where it matters most.
How quickly will I see results?
Many clients notice relief and clarity in 1–2 sessions; sustainable shifts typically compound over 6–12 sessions as you practise new choices in daily life.
How long are sessions and how often do we meet?
Standard sessions are 60 minutes, weekly or fortnightly. We’ll agree a cadence that fits your goals and season of life in the intro call.
