What is Orgasmic Meditation?

  • OM is a Clitoral stroking practice where a person with a clitoris (usually a woman, addressed as the Strokee) undresses from waist down and lays in the nest, and their partner (any gender, addressed as the Stroker) sits next to them, fully clothed, and strokes the clitoris in a very deliberate and specific way with no goal other than to feel the sensation.

  • It may appear to borrow elements from familiar experiences you’ve had but it isn’t sex or foreplay, nor is it a clinical exam. Orgasmic Meditation is a whole new approach to wellness

  • OM is not just a technique, it comes with a very well defined philosophy, which is what makes the practice really powerful and transformational. You’ll need to understand the philosophy of OM and ideas behind it in order to reap the real benefits
