Relationship Coaching

There is no school for relationships. In our lives, we go through the education process and learn different skills, but when it comes to relationships; we usually learn by observing people around us through media and society at large.

Most often we find ourselves thrown at the deep end trying to learn how to swim

Traditionally speaking, the idea of relationship means:

  • Our partner completes us

  • They are the better half

  • Relationships are about compromises

  • Suppressing parts of ourselves because it upsets our partners

  • The idea of a prince charming who will sweep us off our feet (swap with any other Disney fantasy) and then once we find out partner, the rest of the life is going to be a piece of cake, picture walking into the sunset holding hands…forever happy!

“Well, how’s that working out for you?” - as one of my teachers would say! 🙂
